Promotional Campaign

Promotional campaigns are at least one month in length and can include the following:

Promotional Materials

  • Review your Electronic Press Kit (EPK) and recommend edits/changes.
  • Revise, update, or create an artist bio for your band.
  • Create a Google Drive Press folder containing Bio, Album Files, Promo Photos, etc for use in press releases.
  • Create an EPK Page on the Dark Waters PR website that can be used even if and when the client is no longer working with Dark Waters PR.
  • Develop targeted press releases for your album release, video release, single release, tour, and/or show.

Public Relations

  • Send campaign to media outlets including print newspapers and blogs requesting interviews and/or reviews of the album.
  • If hard copy CDs are available, send these to publications at their request (Artist will be billed for shipping supplies and postage).
  • Work with band member/members to prep for media interviews.
  • Provide weekly status reports to artists.

WordPress Website Design/Management

  • Don’t have a website?  We are able to set you up with a WordPress based website of your own (Client is responsible for paying for domain registration and web hosting costs in addition to the hourly rate of setting up the site and a yearly fee for maintaining it).  For fees, please fill out the CONTACT PAGE and I will get back to you promptly.
